Just by that, it shows that you need to take a break and focus on yourself
I was an individual that loved helping others but realized I wasn’t happy myself. I continuously spoke negatively about myself only for me to break down a few times, and I realized I wasn’t a happy individual and I NEEDED to push other people’s expectations away and put my happiness first (which made a lot of people around me unhappy).
HERE ARE SOME WAYS TO CLEAR YOUR MIND AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
1) TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONE
Take a break, these messages your receiving is just a distraction. Sometimes you need to be alone and focus on yourself. One thing I noticed about people is that they love to involve themselves with other people’s business and livelihoods, but can’t take care of their own. TAKE A BREAK!
2) EAT A MEAL OR TWO
I love trying different food besides my own homeland meals. So the best way to try them is to GO OUT! Experience the world and the greatness it has for you. Adventure out, try new cuisines, or even ice cream. There are plenty of food out there from different countries. It is time we try new things, especially food.
3) RELAX WITH FRIENDS
I love to relax when I have time and enjoy the sceneries around me. I even enjoy them more when I am with my friends. The temperature is increasing, meaning the sun is out and it is TAN SEASON. Go to a nearby beach, amusement park, or even the park and RELAX.
4) IT’S TIME FOR A RUN
Exercising is a great way to release stress or any type of emotion that you are feeling. A lot people do not how to communicate well when it come to their emotions and keep it inside. Going for a run in the morning is great way to get your minds of things. Not only does it get your mind off things it helps you stay fit
I can’t stress this enough but having a good mentally is very important in today’s society. There is a lot of people who are dying because they do not have a good mental health and in order to have that it starts with you. Every day as you go about your day say at least three good things that you admire about yourself.As often as you say these words your mood will change. There is a saying that “YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT”. As you continue to eat the words that you feed to yourself the more confidence you build.
